Do I need a bitcoin payment service to convert it into a prepaid gift card?

I want to buy a prepaid gift card for my mother using my Bitcoin, only I'm not sure what I need to do to be able to convert my Bitcoin so that my mother can spend the money on her gift card wherever she pleases. I know that I can use a payment gateway to convert the crypto into a fiat currency without withdrawing it, but can I get it directly into a gift card?
